The slow movement and breath practices presented in our courses are intended for general wellness purposes only. They are not designed to cure, treat, prevent, or alleviate any medical condition.
Before You Begin
Please consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting our practice — especially if you have any of the following:
- Heart-related conditions
- High blood pressure
- Previous fractures or joint surgery
- Pregnancy or postpartum within 6 weeks
- Recovering from any illness or injury
- Chronic conditions affecting your physical capacity
- Any other situation where you feel caution is warranted
Practice Mindfully
While participating, please:
- Listen to your body — stop immediately if you feel any pain or discomfort
- Breathe naturally — never force your breath
- Move slowly — there is no benefit in pushing through difficulty
- Skip any movement that doesn't feel right for your body today
Your health judgment always takes priority over course progression.

Emergency
If you experience any concerning symptoms during or after practice — such as chest pain, severe dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other emergency signs — stop immediately and seek medical attention.
