These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of emeilotus.com and all related services ("Services") provided by Yuxue Education Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our", "Emei Lotus"), located at Room 1124, 2F, No.56 Dongshan Avenue, Xiling District, Yichang City, Hubei Province, China.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Emei Lotus provides online courses, video content, and live sessions focused on slow movement practices rooted in the Emei lineage tradition. Services include:

• Pre-recorded video courses
• Live online sessions (typically 7:30 PM)
• Practice guides and supplementary materials
• Email support and community access (where applicable)

Our Services are educational and recreational in nature. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new physical practice.

3. Account Registration

To access paid content, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• 6-Day Course Access: USD $1 (one-time payment)
• Price is in US Dollars and does not include taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by PayPal. By making a purchase, you also agree to PayPal's terms.

4.3 What You Receive

Your one-time $1 payment gives you full access to the 6-day course program, including:

• 6 days of guided practice videos (10 minutes each)
• Access to live online sessions during the program week
• Practice guides and supplementary materials

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download, copy, redistribute, or resell course content

• Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on emeilotus.com — including videos, audio, text, images, branding, and course materials — is the exclusive property of Yuxue Education Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the content
• Use the content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

8. Health and Physical Practice Disclaimer

Our courses involve physical movement. By participating, you acknowledge:

• You are voluntarily participating at your own risk
• You have consulted (or will consult) a healthcare provider if you have any health conditions
• You will listen to your body and stop if you feel any discomfort
• We are not liable for any injury, harm, or adverse effects resulting from your practice

If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, have heart conditions, high blood pressure, joint issues, or any other health concerns, consult your physician before starting.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yuxue Education Technology Co., Ltd., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, indemnification) remain in effect

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Yichang City, Hubei Province, China.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

• 将服务用于任何非法、有害或欺诈目的
• 骚扰、威胁或伤害其他用户或我方员工
• 上传病毒、恶意软件或任何恶意代码
• 试图未授权访问我们的系统

违反这些规则可能导致账户立即终止且不退款。

7. 知识产权

8. 健康和身体练习免责声明
